Abstrakt
Sytuacja demograficzna Europy, w tym również Polski, jest negatywna. Spadek dzietności i liczby małżeństw, a wzrost rozwodów powoduje, że w kolejnych latach stary kontynent stanie się dosłownie kontynentem starych ludzi. Wzrost dzietności powinien być więc w żywotnym interesie nie tylko państw narodowych, ale całej wspólnoty między-narodowej. Jednym z ważnych graczy na arenie polityki międzynarodowej jest Stolica Apostolska. Dlatego warto sięgnąć po propozycje i zalecenia w ramach polityki rodzinnej artykułowane przez dwóch papieży – Jana Pawła II oraz Franciszka. Obaj następcy św. Piotra cieszą się autorytetem i nawet w świecie laickim ich głos jest słyszalny. Autor-ka przedstawia dwie adhortacje: Familiaris consortio Jana Pawła II oraz Amoris laetitia Franciszka, w których podkreślone są wartości małżeństwa i rodziny oraz omówione zasady prowadzenia takiej polityki rodzinnej, która prowadzi do wsparcia małżeństw i rodzin oraz poprawy dzietności.
The demographic situation of Europe, including Poland, is negative. Decreasing lev-el of fertility and the numbers of marriages, with increasing numbers of divorces will result that in next years the Europe will be literally the continent of old people. The increase of the fertility should be the main purpose not only for national countries but also for the whole international community. The Holy See is one of the top play-ers on the international politic arena. That is why it is worthen to get the propositions and advices from two popes: John Paul II and Francis about the family policy. Both St. Peters successors are authority for many people, even for those that have laic worldview. The author presents two adhortations: Familiaris consortio of John Paul II and Amoris laetitia of Francis, in which the values of marriage and family are emphasized and the principles of conducting such a family policy that leads to the support for marriages and families and the improvement of fertility are discussed.
